TRYHRD — Legal
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the personal information you share when you book and use our pro gaming training rooms. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run bookings and the venue.
Information we collect
When you request a booking we collect the details you enter in the form:
- Your name, so we can hold the seat under it.
- Your email address, so we can confirm the room and the hour.
- Your requested date, room type and number of hours.
We also record basic booking history so we can manage seat availability and honour any passes you hold.
How we use your information
We use the information only to confirm and manage your bookings, to reply to your requests, to keep track of the hours and points logged against your sessions, and to keep the venue running safely and fairly.
Replay capture and session footage
Sessions may be recorded to your locker as training footage. That footage belongs to you and your session. We do not publish it or share it with third parties without your instruction.
Legal basis and retention
We process booking data to perform the service you request and to meet our own record-keeping obligations. We keep it only as long as needed for those purposes, then remove it.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the people and service providers who help us operate bookings and the venue, and only to the extent they need it to do that work.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Send your request through the booking channel you used and we will act on it.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
